Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please check your parcel when it arrives.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking or is not the product you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or give a full refund.

Unopened products: You may return unopened, unused bottles in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds: Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 7 working days after we receive and check the returned item. The original delivery charge of Rs 200 is non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
